We ship worldwide from the UK. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and the exact cost is shown before you pay.
Shipping rates
- United Kingdom — £3.49, free on orders over £75
- Channel Islands and Isle of Man — £3.95 (free shipping not available)
- European Union — £9.99, free on orders over £75
- Switzerland — £14.95, free on orders over £75
- United States — £19.95, free on orders over £75
- Rest of the world — £24.95, free on orders over £100
All prices in GBP. The free shipping threshold outside the UK, EU and US is £100, not £75.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from the UK. Estimated delivery once dispatched: UK 2 to 5 working days, EU 5 to 8 working days, US 2 to 5 working days. Other destinations vary by country and are estimated at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during busy periods or where customs processing applies.
Duties and taxes
We are registered for IOSS and charge VAT at source, so EU orders under €150 should not attract additional duties on delivery. For all other destinations outside the UK, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by the destination country, are not included in the price paid to us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
