We ship worldwide from the UK. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, and the exact cost is always shown before you pay.

All prices are in GBP. Please note that the free shipping threshold for destinations outside the UK, EU and US is £100, not £75.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from the UK. Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- United Kingdom — 2 to 5 working days
- European Union — 5 to 8 working days
- United States — 2 to 5 working days
- All other destinations — delivery times vary by country; your carrier options and estimates are shown at checkout
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or where customs processing applies.
Duties and taxes
European Union. We are registered for IOSS and charge VAT at source, so EU orders under €150 should not attract additional duties on delivery.
Everywhere outside the UK and EU. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay us. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict these charges — your local customs office can advise.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Full details are in our refund policy.
